Why this exists

The questions that don't end when the event does.

Most rooms in our industry are built around one question: how do I grow faster? The agents who kept showing up to Lisa's kickoff were asking better ones.

?

How do I become more profitable without burning out?

Margin, not just premium. The discipline to say no to growth that costs more than it returns.

?

How do I grow intentionally, not just bigger?

Deciding what kind of agency you're building before you decide how big it should be.

?

How do I build something that supports my team, my family, and my life?

An agency that works for the people in it, including the person who owns it.

Welcome to the Profitability Mastermind. I'm honored you're considering joining us, not because this is an event, but because of what it represents: a decision to stop chasing growth for growth's sake and start building something intentional, sustainable, and profitable.

Each year, I host a kickoff for my team to celebrate what we've accomplished and reset our focus for the year ahead. Over time, as I began inviting other agents into that room, something became impossible to ignore.

The real value wasn't in the presentations. It wasn't in the numbers. And it certainly wasn't in surface-level motivation. The conversations didn't stop when the event ended, because the questions were bigger. Not how do I grow faster? But:

  • How do I become more profitable without burning out?
  • How do I grow intentionally, not just bigger?
  • How do I build something that supports my team, my family, and my life?

Those questions stayed with me, because they're the questions that actually matter.

I realized there was a real gap in our industry: a lack of space for honest, practical conversations about profitability. Not theory. Not hype. Not what sounds good on stage. What actually works inside an agency, what doesn't, and how to make smart, disciplined decisions that create long-term success without sacrificing quality of life.

That realization is what led to the Profitability Mastermind.

This experience is designed to be practical, transparent, and real. The value goes beyond the content. It lives in the conversations, the shared insights, and the willingness to learn from one another, openly and without ego.

My hope is that you leave with clarity, actionable strategies, and meaningful connections that continue long after the last session. Most importantly, I hope you leave more confident in the decisions you're making, and more intentional about the business and life you're building.

If that sounds like the room you've been looking for, I'd love to have you in it.

What to expect

Practical. Transparent. Real.

This isn't a motivational conference. It's a working room. Here's what that means in practice.

Conversations over presentations

Sessions are built to start discussion, not end it. The most useful part of last year happened between agents comparing notes on what actually worked inside their agencies.

What works and what doesn't

Agents share real numbers, real decisions, and real mistakes. Nobody is here to sell a version of success that doesn't exist on Monday morning.

Discipline over hype

Profitability comes from smart, boring, repeatable decisions. We spend our time on those, not on what sounds good from a stage.

Partners who actually help

Vendors in the room are there because agents have found them useful. Expect conversations about tools and services, not a trade-show floor.

A celebration, too

It started as a kickoff, and it still is one. We take time to recognize what the room accomplished this year before resetting focus for the next.

Who's in the room

Agency owners, and the partners who serve them.

Allstate agents

Owners building for the long run.

You run an Allstate agency and you care more about margin, team, and sustainability than about being the biggest name on the leaderboard.

  • Candid sessions on agency profitability
  • Small-group conversations with peers who share real numbers
  • Relationships that continue long after the weekend

Vendor partners

Companies agents already trust.

A limited number of partners join the room each year. Partners are here to be part of the conversation, not just to run a booth.

  • Direct access to agency owners and decision makers
  • Stage time, booth placement, and event passes by tier
  • Three partnership levels, from $5,000
